Quality personnel are essential to the success of any Translation and / or Localization Project. Here is how we recruit, train, and develop our employees and freelancers:
Translators: Each and every member of our staff has a minimum qualification of a Bachelor of Arts, a very high level of his / her Target Language proficiency, and very strong Translation & Localization skills and technical backgrounds. At commencement of employment, each and every member of our staff is comprehensively and extensively trained in "Trends - Translation & Localization Services" highly developed Translation Protocols and Procedural Workflow Approach.

Freelance Translators: We maintain the same high standards of qualification assessment, recruitment and training for our freelance employees that we do for our full-time employees. The only difference between our freelance employees and our full-time employees is that our freelancers work either part-time or on a per-project basis.
